"I ordered a gallon of the Roayl jelly coat supplement which I have had success using. However, It arrived int eh end of april with a best use by date of May. They essentially sent expired product. When I reached out via two different methods of contact (one in support of my order, and the other through the website) I heard nothing back. my option is to return the product at MY SHIPPING EXPENSE. I haven't had customer service this bad in a very long time."
